Hi I'm Coleman, a seasoned design leader. My design leadership experience spans: large tech companies, early stage startups, FAANG (contract), a hyper growth mid-size company, and a design agency. 

It's a career built with intention. I wanted a range of experiences I can go deep in to become a well-rounded - and rather unique - design leader.
