- I pitched a design to our CEO that led to an additional 7 million in revenue in the first quarter it was launched. These design ended up doubling lifetime user value.
8% Conversion Increase With Homepage Redesign
- I oversaw the redesign of the FanDuel Daily Fantasy homepage that led to 8% increase in conversions.
Three Times Expected Revenue with Branded Sponsorships
- I oversaw designs of our branded games with sponsors such as Hulu, The Ringer, StateFarm, and Pepsi leading to three times our expected revenue.
Increased CSAT score with Design Led Product Development
- Working with the Head of Commercial, I created an organization of design lead product changes. Our initiative was to have designers tackle issues directly tied to our CSAT scores.
Launched 0-1 Product Significantly Increasing New Users
- I oversaw the design and launch of FanDuel Faceoff, an innovative real-money mobile gaming product. Faceoff drove 30 minute session lengths and brought new customers to FanDuel.
Led a team of 16; Established design culture, processes
- Implanted a number of changes to establish design culture including process changes, design ownership, shaping the design team's career ladder, hiring and promotion process.
